Returns Policy

Our return and refund process, timelines, and conditions.

Return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To begin the process, email us at support@amperelink.com with your order details and reason for return.

Item condition requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original packaging
  • Be undamaged and unused
  • Retain their commercial appearance
  • Be accompanied by the purchase document or order number

Return shipping

For non-defective returns, the buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Items should be sent to our Kaunas address or dropped off at an Omniva, LP Express, or DPD parcel terminal.

If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost, provided this is agreed upon in advance. We will not reimburse return shipping costs for items damaged during transit due to improper packaging or addressing by the customer.

Defective or faulty items

Defective or faulty items will be repaired or replaced in accordance with Lithuanian consumer protection law. Items of poor quality may be exchanged or returned with a full refund at the customer's discretion.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund within 14 days to the bank account you specify. Please note that original shipping fees, additional services, and administration charges are non-refundable unless the returned item is proven defective.
