Warranty Policy

Your rights and our obligations regarding product defects and malfunctions.

Warranty period

Under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, all personal use products (for individuals) are covered by a 24-month warranty period unless stated otherwise in the product description. For legal entities (companies), the warranty period may vary or not apply, depending on the manufacturer's terms.

We will arrange repair, replacement, or an alternative remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Warranty exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Products with mechanical damage or signs of disassembly
  • Products that were used improperly or not according to their intended purpose
  • Products with defects caused by the buyer's actions
  • Products with damaged or removed serial number labels
  • Defects caused by environmental factors (storms, rain, lightning, etc.) or force majeure events (fire, flood, etc.)
  • Damage resulting from liquids, foreign objects, or other materials entering the product
  • Cases where the buyer cannot provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or leasing contract)
  • Defects caused by the use of non-original or incompatible accessories
  • Wear-and-tear components such as cables, connectors, batteries, and mounts

How to make a warranty claim

To initiate a warranty claim, email support@amperelink.com with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • A description of the defect or malfunction
  • Photos or video of the issue (if possible)

Our team will respond with next steps, typically within 2 business days.
