Coverage
AmpereLink delivers to all European countries that support compatible smart meters with a P1 port. Shipments are handled by the seller or our authorized courier partners. Exact options and pricing are shown at checkout.
Delivery options
- Home delivery (Lithuania): typically within 2–3 business days
- Home delivery (other European countries): typically 7–10 business days
- LP Express or OMNIVA pickup (Lithuania): typically 2–3 business days
Deliveries do not occur on public holidays. Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is dispatched.
Delivery process
Our courier partners send an SMS or email notification on the delivery day. You must be personally available to receive the goods and inspect them with the courier for accuracy and any visible damage before signing.
Small packages may be left in your mailbox if they fit. Items sent to parcel pickup locations are held for 7 calendar days. After this period, uncollected items are returned to the seller.
Important notes
- The seller may adjust delivery timelines with the buyer's consent. If you refuse an extended delivery time, you are entitled to cancel the order with a full refund.
- Failed deliveries caused by the buyer (e.g., incorrect address, unavailability) result in the order being returned to us. We do not automatically re-send returned orders.
- The seller holds no responsibility for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, force majeure).
