P1 connection to Smart Meter
connect P1 device directly to the P1 port on your smart meter. This port is a standard feature on most modern smart meters and provides real-time data on energy consumption and production. Once connected, the AmpereLink P1 collects data from your smart meter

P1 connection with the mobile app
The collected data is transmitted wirelessly to the AmpereLink app on your smartphone. The device uses Wi-Fi for this purpose, ensuring a seamless and continuous data stream.

The AmpereLink app processes the data, providing you with detailed insights into your energy consumption. You can see real-time usage, historical data, and trends, helping you understand your energy habits and identify opportunities for savings.

Is everything ready?
Contact your local electricity grid provider (in Lithuania, this is ESO) to obtain permission to access your Smart Meter. This typically involves filling out a short form
Ensure that your Wi-Fi connection reaches your Smart Meter. Please note that if the Smart Meter is locked behind metal doors, the connection may be weaker
For a successful installation and optimal use of AmpereLink P1, please ensure that all necessary conditions are met. Review the checklist below to make sure your home is fully prepared
Check how much space you have close to Smart meter and what length cable you need. P1 device measurements: H: 15mm, L: 40mm, W: 20mm.
