Warranty Policy
DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS
​Under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, all personal use products (for individuals) are covered by a 24-month warranty period unless stated otherwise in the product description. For legal entities (companies), the warranty period may vary or not apply, depending on the manufacturer’s terms.

WARRANTY APPLICATION​

The warranty does not apply to:

Products with mechanical damage or signs of disassembly;

Products that were used improperly or not according to their intended purpose;

Products with defects caused by the buyer’s actions;

Products with damaged serial number labels;

Defects caused by environmental factors (storms, rain, etc.), force majeure (fire, flood), or accidental external factors;

Damage resulting from liquids, objects, or other materials entering the product;

If the buyer cannot provide proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, leasing contract);

Defects caused by the use of non-original accessories;
-
Wear-and-tear parts (such as cables, connectors, batteries, mounts, etc.).
