Shipping

We deliver goods to all European countries where Dutch smart meters are supported. The products are delivered by the Seller or a courier authorized by the Seller.
The list of delivery services, prices, terms, and conditions is provided during the order process, before payment is completed.

DELIVERY OPTIONS​

Buyers can choose from the following delivery options:

Delivery by mail to the address provided by the Buyer (usually within 2-3 business days in Lithuania, and 7-10 business days in other countries).

Delivery within Lithuania to LP Express or OMNIVA pickup locations (usually within 2-3 business days).
No deliveries are made on public holidays.
DELIVERY

When delivering goods to the address provided by the Buyer, the courier will send an SMS and/or email notification on the delivery day, providing details about the expected delivery time. If the parcel is small enough, it will be left in the mailbox.

The Buyer must personally accept the goods unless additional information was provided during the order process, specifying another person to receive the goods.

When receiving the goods, the Buyer is required to inspect the products with the courier to ensure they match the order and are free of visible damage. The Buyer must sign the delivery document or confirm the receipt of the goods through other methods recommended by the courier. Once the document is signed or the receipt is confirmed, the goods are considered to have been delivered in proper condition without visible defects to the product or packaging. The Buyer retains the right to submit claims and/or requests regarding the product in accordance with the Civil Code provisions.

The Seller reserves the right to change the delivery time after informing the Buyer in advance and obtaining their consent. If the Buyer does not agree to wait, they have the right to unilaterally terminate the purchase-sale agreement and receive a refund in accordance with the procedure and timeframe outlined in the Rules, as per Article 6.359(4) of the Civil Code.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances within the Buyer's control (e.g., incorrect address, Buyer not present at the provided address, unreachable by phone, inaccessible delivery location, etc.), the goods will not be re-sent unless the Buyer arranges a new delivery time with the courier in advance. Otherwise, the goods will be returned to the Seller.

The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery if the delay is caused by circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

If the chosen delivery method is to an LP Express or OMNIVA pickup location, the courier will notify the Buyer via SMS once the goods have arrived. The goods will be held at the pickup location for 7 calendar days. After this period, they will be returned to the Seller.
