GENERAL

  • These terms define the rights and responsibilities of the Buyer and Seller when purchasing goods online.

  • The Seller may update these terms; the Buyer is bound by the version in effect at the time of purchase.

  • Purchases can be made by:

    • Adults with full legal capacity.

    • Minors (14-18 years) with parental consent.

    • Legal entities
      The Agreement starts when the Buyer confirms the order.
      Each contract is stored electronically.

DATA PROTECTION

  • Buyers can place orders without registering.

  • Personal data is necessary for order fulfilment.

  • By agreeing to the terms, the Buyer consents to processing their data for order fulfillment and marketing.

  • The Buyer agrees to receive order-related communications.

  •  Buyers must keep login details secure.

BUYER'S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Buyers can purchase goods according to these rules.

  • Buyers can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, with some exceptions.

  • Buyers must accept and pay for ordered goods.

  • Any changes to personal data must be updated promptly.

  • Login details must remain confidential.

SELLER'S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES​​

  • The Seller ensures proper access to services.

  • The Seller may restrict access if terms are violated.

  • The Seller respects the Buyer's privacy.

  • The Seller delivers goods to the address provided.

ORDERING, PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • Orders can be placed 24/7.

  • The Agreement is effective once the Buyer confirms the order.

  • Prices are in euros and include VAT.

  • Payment options include e-banking.

  • Goods are shipped after the payment is received.

DELIVERY
 

  • The Buyer provides an accurate delivery address.

  • The Buyer is responsible for receiving goods.

  • Goods are delivered by courier or left in lock.

  • Delivery times may vary.

  • The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the Buyer.

  • Packaging damage must be reported immediately.

  • Packaging damage must be noted on the delivery document.

PRODUCT QUALITY AND GUARANTEES

  • The Seller is not liable for appearance differences due to screen settings.

  • Warranties are provided as applicable

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES​

  • Defective goods can be returned according to Lithuanian law.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of notifying the Seller.

  • Returned goods must be in original condition.

  • The Seller may refuse returns if conditions are not met.

  • The Buyer covers the return costs for incorrect or defective items.
