DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY ITEMS

Defective or faulty items will be repaired or replaced. Items of poor quality or those that do not meet your preferences can be exchanged or returned according to the applicable laws of Lithuania.

RETURN PROCEDURE

You may return items by notifying us within 14 days of delivery. The return process includes:
 

  • The buyer must notify via email, specifying the item to be returned and its order number.

  • The buyer must return the item to the seller within 14 calendar days. 

  • The buyer covers the return shipping costs for non-defective items. 
     

Items purchased online, retaining their commercial appearance, without signs of use, and in complete sets, can be returned to:

REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Upon receiving the item(s), we will refund the amount paid for the item(s). If you wish to exchange the item for another, you can place a new order for the selected item without waiting for the return process to be completed. 

RETURN CONDITIONS

When returning items, the following conditions must be met: 
 

  • The item must be in its original, neat packaging with intact and undamaged labels, protective films, packaging elements, etc. (this does not apply to defective items); 

  • The item must be undamaged by the buyer; 

  • The item must be unused and retain its commercial appearance (this does not apply to defective items); 

  • The item must be in the same set as received by the buyer; 

  • The purchase document (order number) must be provided. 
     

The seller has the right to refuse to accept items returned by the buyer if the buyer does not comply with the rules and conditions of the return procedure. 

INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

 

If the wrong or defective item is received, the seller undertakes to collect such items, replace them with identical items, or cover the return costs if agreed upon with the seller in advance. In all cases, before returning the wrong or defective item, the buyer must agree with AmpereLink on the return-exchange and delivery method. The seller may refuse to cover the return costs or the price difference if the buyer uses a more expensive return method or price without the seller's confirmation than the delivery method and price offered by the seller. 
 

When returning items, the buyer must indicate the sender's and recipient's addresses and properly package the item to avoid damage during shipping. The seller will not refund for items damaged during shipping. AmpereLink is not responsible for packages that were improperly packaged, incorrectly addressed, or lost or damaged during shipping. 
 

Upon receiving the returned items and evaluating that they comply with the exchange and return rules and conditions and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, the seller undertakes to refund the buyer within 14 days for the items to the bank account specified in the return act. The shipping/return costs paid by the buyer for item delivery, additional services, or administration fees are not refunded unless it is determined that the returned item is defective.
