Data Processor – A person authorized by the Company to process Personal Data.

Data Controller – The person or entity that determines the purposes and means of Personal Data processing.

Data Recipient – A person or entity to whom Personal Data is disclosed.

Inspection – The State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania.

Other terms follow the definitions in the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.
GENERAL PROVISIONS

This document regulates the actions of the Company and its Employees in processing Personal Data, using automated Personal Data processing tools installed in the Company, and defines the rights of Data Subjects, risk factors of Personal Data protection violations, implementation measures of Personal Data protection, and other issues related to the processing of Personal Data.
2. Personal Data must be accurate, adequate, and only to the extent necessary for collection and further processing.
3. The purposes of Personal Data processing are the measures necessary for the purchase and delivery of goods and other legitimate and predefined purposes before the data is collected.
4. For the purposes specified in clause 2.3, the Company processes the following Personal Data of Data Subjects:

6. The processing of Personal Data complies with relevant laws and regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR COMMUNICATION PURPOSES
To respond to your inquiry and preserve communication evidence (in order to pursue the legitimate interest of effective communication and avoid disputes related to service), the Company processes the following information provided by you:

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR WEBSITE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION AND PERSONAL ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION PURPOSES

The Company provides the opportunity for each website visitor to register on the site and create a personal account for more convenient use of the Company's services (online store). When administering these accounts, the Company processes the following personal data:

When creating a personal account (during website registration), the name, surname, password, email address, registration date, and time are processed;

When logging into the created personal account, the user's email address, password, or Google account login data, login date, and time are processed;

Data of orders made in the online store (history);

Subscription data.
The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent to create a personal account. Registration and login data are retained for 10 years from the last active action on the website or until the personal account is deleted by the user. Data obtained from order confirmations through the online store are retained for 10 years from the end of the purchase-sale contract. Your rights related to the processing of personal data are specified in the section "Procedure for Exercising Rights" of the Privacy Policy.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR ONLINE PURCHASE-SALE CONTRACT FORMATION, AND EXECUTION PURPOSES

For the purpose of forming and executing a purchase-sale contract using the Company's online store, the Company processes the following personal data of buyers:

Name, surname, email address, address, contact phone number;

Information related to the order in the online store (payment date, selected products, prices, quantities, payment method, other payment information, discounts provided, bank account number);

Information about the delivery method and location. The legal basis for processing personal data is the intention to execute the purchase-sale contract. If the contract is formed with a legal entity, the name, surname, position, and representation basis of the legal entity's representative who formed the contract are processed. The above-mentioned data are retained for 10 years from the end of the purchase-sale contract. Your rights related to the processing of personal data are specified in the section "Procedure for Exercising Rights" of the Privacy Policy.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal Data may be provided only to those Data Recipients with whom the Company has signed appropriate agreements for the transfer/provision of Personal Data and the Data Recipient ensures adequate protection of the transferred Personal Data. Personal Data may also be transferred to third parties in cases and procedures specified in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.
Personal Data may be transferred only to:

Venipak Lietuva, UAB, which provides goods delivery services to Data Subjects under a contract;

DPD Lietuva, UAB, which provides goods delivery services to Data Subjects under a contract;

Wix, UAB, from which the Company purchases e-store services.

The Company does not collect special personal information such as age, health, racial origin, religious beliefs, or political views, unless required or permitted by law.
PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING RIGHTS

All individuals whose personal data are processed by the Company have the right to:

Access their personal data processed by the Company. The right to access and request correction of personal data is exercised by submitting a written request to the Company's registered office address or email address support@amperelink.com. The request must specify the categories of personal data you wish to access.

Request the correction of incorrect or inaccurate personal data. The request must specify which personal data you wish to correct.

Request the restriction of personal data processing while the accuracy of the personal data is verified, while it is determined whether the interests of the data subject opposing the processing are overriding those of the Company, and in cases where personal data are processed unlawfully but the data subject does not agree to their deletion. This right is exercised by submitting a written request to the Company's registered office address or email address support@amperelink.com (if the request is signed with an electronic signature). If the request is justified, personal data processing is restricted within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the request.

Data portability. This right is exercised by submitting a written request to the Company's registered office address or by sending it to the email address support@amperelink.com. If the request is justified, the Company provides you or your specified data Company with your personal data in a computer-readable format within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.

Object to the processing of personal data. Business clients and their representatives, natural persons, whose direct marketing is conducted without their consent, exercise the right to object by submitting a request to the email address support@amperelink.com. In all other cases, if you object to the processing of personal data, it will be assessed whether your legitimate interest overrides the Controller's.

Request the deletion of data. This right is exercised by submitting a written request to the Company's registered office address or by sending it to the email address support@amperelink.com. The data Company deletes the relevant personal data or refuses to satisfy the request and provides the reasons for refusal in writing within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.

Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. This right can be exercised by submitting a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate regarding any actions of the Company related to the processing of your personal data. When exercising your rights by submitting a written request to the Company's registered office address by mail, you must also provide a notarized copy of your identity document (passport, ID card) along with the request.
